Hiring a senior designer full-time costs over ₩70M annually plus benefits, and finding the right fit isn't easy. With uneven workloads, you may end up paying for idle time. A monthly subscription lets you pay only when there's work — pause or resume anytime.

No! Once subscribed, you can make as many design requests as you'd like, and they will be handled sequentially.

Most requests are completed within an average of two days. However, more complex tasks may take additional time.

Standard requests are typically delivered within 48 hours. For example, brand concepts, landing pages, social media template sets, etc. For larger requests, partial deliverables are provided every 24 hours until the entire request is completed.

Our in-house pool of senior designers handles the work. All deliverables go through art director review before delivery, so you can trust the quality. For additional work such as animation or custom illustrations, partner designers in our ongoing collaboration network handle those tasks.

It's useful when you don't need design work for an entire month. For example, if you only need one or two requests, you can pause your subscription and resume when needed. Billing works on a 31-day cycle — if you use the service for 21 days and then pause, the remaining 10 days can be used whenever you want.

Work is not processed on holidays, but requests can still be submitted. Requests registered on holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Large projects are internally broken down into smaller tasks. For example, full website design, mobile app design, UI/UX work, etc. Partial deliverables are provided every 24–48 hours until everything is completed.

Most work is done in Figma.

You can submit requests through Slack in various ways. For example, request directly from Trello, share Google Docs or wireframes, or record a quick video. Any format that can be linked or shared via Slack works.

No worries. We'll keep revising until you're 100% satisfied.

Yes. desub does not handle the following: 3D modeling, animated graphics such as GIFs, document design (medical forms, etc.), complex packaging design, large-scale print (magazines, books, etc.), Adobe InDesign documents.

You can use the service for just one request. After it's done, pause your subscription and resume when you need more work. Your remaining subscription days won't go to waste.
